WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Everyday Jewellery provides a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage and excludes the center stone. Please note that having your jewelry serviced by a third-party jeweler will void this warranty. If a center stone is lost due to loose prongs or damaged beyond repair, Everyday Jewellery is not liable for this loss.
Not sure if your piece broke due to a manufacturing defect or regular wear and tear?
A general guideline: if your jewelry was damaged more than six months after purchase, it is typically due to regular wear and tear, not a manufacturing issue.
Common Manufacturing Defects
Examples of defects covered under our warranty include:

  • Loose stones in a newly crafted piece.
  • Newly-made rings that are bent, dented, or misshapen.
  • Misaligned or crooked rings.
  • Rings made with materials different from the original order.

Exclusions from Warranty
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear, including:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Prongs or precious metals wearing down over time.
  • Bent, caught, or worn-out prongs resulting in loose or lost stones.
  • Chipped or broken stones caused by impact or misuse.
